Action Girlz Racing

unbelievably, dizzyingly stereotypical "girl" video game. shovelware kart racer for the Wii. this game isn't much to write home about but my interest was sparked by a well-intentioned gift by a relative. bright color scheme with cutely designed courses coupled with an otherwise bland control scheme. i find the visual style and promotional material to be appealing because it very clearly sought after the success of Bratz and related media considering the time period. the marketing phrase "designed by girls for girls" is almost entirely false because only one girl was credited on the development team.
